What is the Priciest Condo in San Francisco?

Inventory Watch: The “Post Super Bowl” blitz was delayed by a week for Condos/Lofts. However, fear not it hit this week with the inventory for Condos/Lofts up ~10% over the previous week!  Now for the not so great news, 10% only represents a net increase of about 22 Condos/Lofts.  The competition for Buyers remains tough with buyers competing in multiple offer situations with the winning offers likely coming in with ZERO contingencies and a fast close.
