2 Minute Take | Question of the Week

The question this week is "Can I see homes for sale during Shelter in Place?"

Real estate is on the Essential Services List and real estate agents therefore are able to show homes for sale to clients as long as the outlined protocol is followed. San Francisco and the Bay Area Real Estate Associations have taken careful steps to ensure all buyers and sellers of real estate and their agents stay safe during the COVID 19 shelter in place.

There are NO Open Houses or Broker Tours allowed, all showings must be by private appointment only. No more than 2 people from the same household and no more than 1 agent in the home at one time keeping 6’ distance

  • Check out the video to see what steps need to be taken before you can see a home for sale in person

  • COVID Property Entry and Advisory Declaration - Visitor - form below. This document will be sent to you via docusign by your agent, once signed by visitor, the agent can make an appointment to show the property
