The San Francisco condo market inventory is at a 10 year high. In an effort to maximize my clients (sellers) investment, I had to look hard at how I could repurpose the existing space to create more value.

In this case we turned a dining space into a Zoom Room to showcase the flexibility in the space. With COVID buyers require more flexibility in how the floor plan can be used. Presenting a dining room as a Zoom Room was more impactful with the new COVID trend of working from home.
